RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Once the product has been returned for an exchange/refund, it pwill be viewed by our Quality Check Analysts to check for its quality and condition. In order for a return to be successful, we should receive an approved report from our Quality Check Analysts.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND
- Drop us a mail at info@soiombre.com with the details of the product you want to exchange along with the picture of the manufacturing defect. We will revert within 48 hours on this
- Any product that needs to be exchanged/refunded must be shipped back to us in a proper packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Our team will initiate refund or exchange within 48 hours after a thorough check of the product.
- All exchanges will only be valid once per order only.
- In case of refund, we will issue your refund to your original payment account within 7 business days after your return items arrive.
RETURN NON-ELIGIBILITY
- Custom-made products, items that have been altered in any way
- Products bought during a sale or offer period
- Silver articles/coins are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any item that shows signs of wear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Soi Ombré) or damaged cannot be accepted.
